How long we keep your data for

We will keep your data for as long as you have an active order with us, or until any monies outstanding have been cleared.  If you no longer have an active order with us, we would only keep your information if you request that we do so (in some circumstances customers have extended holidays and suspend their service until further notice). 

At any time, you have the right to:

  • Close your account
  • Request a copy of the data we hold on you in an easy to read format
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data
  • Lodge a data protection complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Security and storage of your personal data is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We follow ISO 27001 standards for information security and we use a variety of technologies to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

We would only share your information if a debt is left on the account and we have failed to collect this, in this instance only; we would forward your information to a registered debt collection agency to proceed on our behalf with court proceedings.

In the event of updates to our service that materially expand the sharing or use of your personal information in ways not already disclosed to you, we will notify you by email and update this privacy policy accordingly. We will gain your consent for processing activities where necessary.
